Terms of use

HospoXP ("the app", "we", "us") is provided by Jaraldinio, based in Australia. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you're accepting on behalf of a business you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

HospoXP suggests small workplace tasks, tracks XP, streaks and badges, and lets managers set tasks and review photo proof. It is a motivation and gamification tool. It is not a rostering, payroll, timekeeping or compliance system, and nothing in it should be relied on as a record of hours worked or as workplace safety advice.

Give accurate details and keep them current. You're responsible for keeping your password and 4-digit code confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away at support@hospoxp.app if you think someone else has access.

You must not:

• use the app unlawfully, or to harass, bully or pressure a colleague;
• commit fraud, farm XP through automation, or manipulate leaderboards or challenges;
• upload photos of people without their consent, or anything obscene or unlawful;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the service — no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing limits, or reselling access.

You're responsible for the photos and text you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process them purely to run the service. Managers of your workplace can see proof you submit there.

We own the app, its software, mascot, artwork, task library and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HospoXP within the plan you're on. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

The core app is free. The Manager plan is a paid subscription that unlocks creating a venue, custom job titles, weekly task plans and photo review. It renews automatically each month or year until cancelled, and you can cancel any time — access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Tasks and photo checks are produced with AI and can be wrong, odd or unsuitable for your venue. Use your judgement: never attempt a task that is unsafe, breaks your workplace's rules, or isn't yours to do. You remain responsible for your actions at work. AI approval of a photo is not a guarantee the work was done to any standard.

We work to keep HospoXP running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We don't exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence. You indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload or your unlawful use of the app.

We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or a security risk, or repeated serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your data as described in the privacy notice.

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app. They're governed by the laws of Australia, and its courts have jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Reach us at support@hospoxp.app.
